1 Acceptance of These Terms #

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quickcalcify.com (the "Site"), operated by QuickCalcify ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Site.

2 Using the Site #

QuickCalcify provides free online calculators and written guides. You may use them for personal, educational, and commercial purposes at no cost and without creating an account.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the administration area
• Republish substantial portions of our written content as your own
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

3 No Professional Advice #

This is the most important term on the page.

QuickCalcify provides general information and educational tools only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and using it does not create any advisor-client relationship.

• Financial calculators — including mortgage, loan, retirement, tax and investment tools — produce estimates from the figures and assumptions you supply. Real offers, tax liabilities and investment outcomes will differ. Consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or lender.
• Health calculators — including BMI, calorie, TDEE, body fat, pregnancy and due date tools — use population-level formulas that cannot account for your individual circumstances, and are not diagnostic. Consult a physician, dietitian, or midwife.

4 Accuracy and Availability #

We test our formulas carefully and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that the Site or its results will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Results depend entirely on the values you enter: incorrect or unrealistic inputs produce incorrect outputs, and some tools rely on simplifying assumptions that may not fit your situation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any calculator or part of the Site at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5 Intellectual Property #

The Site's design, written guides, articles, branding, and original code belong to QuickCalcify and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may link to any page on the Site, and quote short excerpts of our articles with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our content, or present it as your own work, without written permission.

Mathematical formulas, published standards, and factual data are not owned by anyone; our particular expression and presentation of them is.

6 Messages, Ratings, and Subscriptions #

If you send us a message, rate a calculator, or subscribe to the newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Ratings and feedback help us improve the Site and, in aggregate and anonymous form, may be displayed publicly. We may remove any submission that is abusive, fraudulent, or automated.

7 Third-Party Content and Links #

The Site displays advertising supplied by third parties and links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of any third party.
