1 General Information Only #
All content on quickcalcify.com — calculators, articles, guides, tables, and examples — is published for general informational and educational purposes.
It is not tailored to your circumstances, does not take account of your objectives or situation, and must not be treated as a professional recommendation. Using the Site does not create any professional relationship between you and QuickCalcify.
2 Results Are Estimates #
Our calculators apply standard, publicly documented formulas to the values you provide. Two consequences follow:
- Garbage in, garbage out. An estimated income, a guessed interest rate, or a mis-typed weight produces a confidently wrong answer.
- Every model simplifies. Real life includes fees, rounding rules, local regulations, edge cases, and human factors that a general-purpose formula cannot capture.
Treat any result as a well-informed starting point for a conversation, never as a final figure to sign against.
3 Financial, Investment, and Tax Tools #
Our finance calculators — including the Mortgage, Loan, Auto Loan, Retirement, Investment, Compound Interest, and Income Tax tools — do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice.
Specifically, please note:
- We do not know your actual rate. Lenders price on credit history, income, and product terms. A real quote will differ from an assumed one.
- Investment projections are not predictions. Any assumed rate of return is an illustration. Markets fluctuate, past performance does not indicate future results, and the value of investments can fall.
- Tax calculations are simplified. They may not reflect your filing status, state and local taxes, credits, deductions, or changes in law. Tax rules differ by country and change frequently.
- Costs are often omitted. Closing costs, insurance, maintenance, account fees, and inflation materially change real outcomes.
Before borrowing, investing, or filing anything, consult a licensed financial advisor, mortgage broker, or accountant.
4 Health and Fitness Tools #
Our health calculators — including the BMI, BMR, TDEE, Calorie, Body Fat, Ideal Weight, Pregnancy and Due Date tools — do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- They use population-level formulas. Equations such as Mifflin-St Jeor or BMI were derived from group averages and can be misleading for athletes, older adults, pregnant people, children, and anyone with a medical condition.
- They are not diagnostic. No number here can identify or rule out a health condition.
- Pregnancy dating is an estimate. A due date is a statistical midpoint, and clinical dating from an ultrasound takes precedence.
Always seek the advice of a physician, dietitian, midwife, or other qualified health provider with any question about a medical condition, diet, or exercise programme. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
5 Accuracy and Errors #
We test our formulas against worked examples and correct errors as soon as we learn of them, but we cannot guarantee that every calculator or article is free of mistakes, or that content remains current as rates, regulations and guidelines change.
If you spot an error, please tell us — corrections from readers are genuinely welcome and we act on them quickly. Use the contact form.
6 External Links and Advertising #
The Site links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control that content and do not endorse the products, services, or opinions of any third party.
Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser or linked site is solely between you and them, and we are not responsible for its outcome.
7 Limitation of Liability #
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickCalcify accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on any calculator result or article published on the Site.
By using QuickCalcify you accept that decisions you make are your own responsibility. This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service.
